Domestic Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped through reliable courier services with tracking and secure delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Delivery time:

  • 2–4 business days for major cities
  • Up to 6–7 business days for other areas

Please ensure your shipping details are correct, as we cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping for our customers. Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners and include tracking.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 5–8 business days for most locations
  • Up to 10–12 business days for remote areas

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, clean, and in original condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be included
  • Used or damaged items will not be accepted

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return the item and place a new order.
